Hello. We are having a issue with our sign up page on mobile site. It works on PC’s but not on phones.
We receive an error when using mobile devices: “First name is a required field” even if all of we input all information. We’ve tried multiple times and get the same error message.
We are using wptouch plugin.

Does the issue occur if the WPTouch plugin is disabled?

We cannot disable, the site is geared towards mobile use only–not responsive.

Hi William,
Do you have a staging site where you can test with WP Touch deactivated? Support staff does not have access to the WP Touch plugin, so it will help move things forward if you have a staging site where this can be troubleshot.
If it turns out to be an issue caused by WP Touch, you can also contact WP Touch support to see if they have a way to allow 3rd party scripts (in this case, from Event Espresso) to load onto pages when their plugin is activated.
