Issue with Message Templates

We migrated our site to a new server. The Client says they haven’t received any email confirmations of new registrations. When I go to the admin area, I go to MESSAGE ACTIVITY and all messages show NO RECIPIENT in the TO box. Then, I go to DEFAULT MESSAGES and they are all gone. I go to Custom Messages and they are all gone.

What can I do here?

Hi there,

Sounds like the migration wasn’t done correctly.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

Are your messages all in the inactive section on the right? If so, toggle the switch to disable the messages off, then back on again and they should default back to being enabled. If not drag them over into the active section manually.

Do your message templates then show up?

YES. I went to EMAIL SETTINGS and turned off the toggle and turned on again and now I see all Default Templates. Awesome thanks!
