gday dean,

Brent here.

Having a bit of an issue with on my website

http://www.amsn.com.au ( running the latest updates of EE )

I am using the mijerh payment gateway with NAB transact as my australia payment gateway.

Over the past few weeks when somebody enrolls via the mijerh payment gateway their registraion is marked as approved yet their payment status is marked as pending.

When i view the transaction i can see that nab has provided a successful payment reciept number and the mijerh checkout marks is as paid and i can verify from my bank that payment was actually successful.

I go to edit payment detail, make no changes, close the window and then the payment is sudenly changed to complete.

To make matter worse to trouble shoot this happens to most but not transactions.

Any idea how to trouble shoot from here ?????

Hi Brent,

Is there any caching set up on this site, either by means of a plugin or something like object caching (APC or other means) set up server side?

HOpe your well.

I am not aware of any plugin that does this but to be truthful I dont even know what apc caching is πŸ™‚

I did breifly have cloudfare installed ( is that a caching platform ? ) on the server but this has been disabled for several weeks.

I have emailed my isp to double check on your server question. I will also slip you my admin login details via your support email in case you wish to have a poke around the dashboad and settings.

I have about to open another ticket on a problem with multiple ticket registrations. perhaps they are related ?

I will update you further with the reply from my isp.

Hi Brent,

“apcu” is already disabled for your account.

so no cache running on my hosting server.

Just some further information in case it helps to trouble shoot. there seems to be no problem with the paypal payment gateway.

Hi Brent,

We included a fix within 4.6.25.P that may help with this issue.

I see you are still using 4.6.24.P could you update and see if this issue remains?

Its not something we have been able to reproduce and are still investigating.

I have just upgraded too Version 4.6.25.p.

This issue is happening to about 1/3 of enrollments through mijeri gateway. I cant seem to see any pattern to it this stage. I will report back after we have a few more enrollments to see if the upgrade helped.

Really appreciate your time and expertise in looking into this.

I have had no issues with this since the upgrade but sadly the sample size for this study would be 1.

It was happening to about 1/3 of my enrollments so if it does not occur over the next 3 to 5 I would be tempted to say its resolved.

I will let you guys know if I can see any patterns to the problems but I have not been able to find anything yet.

Best of luck and your work is really appreciated. EE is by far the nest wordpress plugin I have used and your support top class.

hang in there you guys will take over the world.
