I’m not able to download registrations. Initially I thought this was just a Chrome issue. But now I can’t download from Chrome or Edge. In general settings I’m HTTP:
I’m running the current plugin version.

If the site is loading over HTTPS but your general settings show HTTP then that will be the problem, modern browsers block downloads when a site is loading over HTTPS but the link is HTTP.
If that’s the case, you could update the settings so the site loads over HTTPS, or use a plugin like:
