I have installed the Mollie plugin like indicated in the documentation but after activating the plugin I don’t see it in the payment methods section. So I cannot configure the plugin. I tried already de-installing the plugin but no effect. What to do ?
You currently have the plugin ‘Event Espresso – iDeal Mollie Gateway (EE 4.6.15+)’ which shows as v1.1.4.p activated on your site? Like this – http://take.ms/v6IW3
Also are you logged into the site as an Administrator?
1) Install the User Role Editor plugin.
2) Go to the WP Users page, point to your user account, and click capabilities
3) Check the box next to ee_payment_method_ideal_mollie
4) Click Update
I tried uninstalling all plugins and change theme, but didn’t work.
I also downloaded the user role editor plugin and apparently the “ee_payment_method_ideal_mollie” does not appear amongst the rights, so I cannot check it. the other payment methods are there.
Please can you urgently fix this issue, because this payment method needs to be up and running for my customer by Friday!
Correct, it won’t. If for some reason that capability gets removed (it shouldn’t get removed), then please let us know and we can investigate further.
