Hi there,
I need to delete some payments in order to delete locked registrations. When I follow what was said here:

I click the delete or edit button and the screen just goes dark like it’s about to load a lightbox and nothing is actioned. Is this something that you have seen before or can help troubleshoot please?
Running latest version of wordpress with EE4 on mediatemple hosting.

Hi Ben,
Yes we have seen this before and its usually a plugin conflict, previously it was Ultimate Member but they updated to include a fix. So if you are running Ultimate Member I would check you are running the latest version.
When you try to manually apply a payment does the same happen?
