Is there a way to undo a scan check in?

I would like the ability to reset the value to 0.
Is this functionality available?

Hi there,

You can do this by going to Event Espresso -> Registrations -> Event Check-In (tab)

Select the event in question in the dropdown and filter.

You should now see a list of registrations with their check-in status, if a registration has been checked in (or our) it will have a linked under their name that shows something like ‘Check In: {date and time}’

Click that link and you’ll see a list of check-in/out records, like this – https://monosnap.com/file/F161S7tGaWFHIW6zW9GdFVVfCZpOtj

Delete all of those check-in records for the registration (if you have more than one) to reset.
