No, that’s not available within Event Espresso, we created those manually although there are plugins available to create similar:
https://wordpress.org/search/price+table
If you are looking for pricing tables to use with ticketing options it would need custom development as we don’t currently have anything that will output tickets in that way.

Hmmm not sure. I was originally looking for shortcode to specific tickets. Is that what would require custom development?

Yes, we don’t have shortcodes for specific tickets (using price tables or otherwise) so that would require custom development.
