Is it possible for registrants to purchase additional sessions?

EE looks like it will be the perfect solution for running our own registration/payment system for our soccer camps and programs. However there is one program that we do in day-cares and after school programs where parents currently purchase X amount of sessions from our current registration system and then can log back in their account and purchase additional sessions when they run out or are getting low. The program runs the entirety of the school year and is once a week. Does EE have any capabilities that could mirror this or any suggestions on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. If not, we just might have to get people used to re-registering each time their sessions run out, which we don’t want to have to do if possible. Thanks.

Thank you for contacting us! We appreciate your interest in Event Espresso.

This could possibly be accomplished with our Recurring Events Manager add-on and the Multiple Event Registration add-ons. These are included in the Business License.

These add-ons will allow you to set up events that recur frequently and provide a “Cart” functionality where users can register for multiple events/sessions at one time.

I was looking at that, my only issue with that is that currently, they essentially purchase non-date-specific sessions. Our coaches are able to go in and deduct sessions from their totals for each time they attend, that way if they are sick or out of school for some reason, that total isn’t affected. Doing it the way you suggested, they would purchase specific dates as part of a recurring event, and I can just see some parents (and possibly some coaches) getting confused. I might just look at getting the parents used to a new way of doing things. Thank you for your response.
