Is it ok to remove or how to hide tickets that are part of an open event?

We have an event coming this Saturday and there were 4 options/tickets in the event to choose from.
Two of them were for a paid lunch and we want to remove/hide/disable the lunch options but keep registration open for the event.
I searched and wasn’t sure the best way to handle this. Here’s a screen shot of our event setup:

Hi Bob,

You can expire both options by setting the sell until date until earlier today. Since that time will be past, then both of those will cause those ticket options to no longer be available for sale since they would be expired.

Then save changes to the event.
