Hi,

Some details of my website below:

Wordpress:4.5.3
EventEspressio version 4.9.4.p installed

I’ve had a few complaints that some patrons can’t register through mobile. Even after selecting the ticket, the button “Register Now” doesn’t become active.

Hi,

I just updated my EventEspresso to Version 4.9.7.p

Do not know if this fixes the problem or not.

Hello,

It looks like there is a mailing list form for email marketing that appears right below the ticket selector and it is overlapping the register now button.

Could you share a link to any active event page on your site?

Hi Clifford,

It may work better to use the Ticket Selector short code instead of the embed code like you have on the home page now. Can you try changing that to use the short code instead?
