Hello, I recently bought EE4 However in implmenting EE4 I am apparently doing something wrong or something is wrong becasuse I cannot log into my site using the EE HD Ap for Iphone nor can I do recurring events in EE4. I am having to duplicate every event. I do over 250 events per year! They are all on the same day, time and location. HOW CAN I NOT HAVE TO DUPLICATE EACH EVENT?? Also, I have to be able to pull up each nights attendees and “Check them in ” on my iphone. HELP! I have called the number I have MULTIPLE TIMES and have left MULTIPLE messages an no one has EVER called me back! I either have to get this fixed or I am either going to need my money back or a version that will do what I need it to do.??? HELP PLEASE!! |

I have to say… this whole EMAIL and cant talk to a person thing is very annoying! The solutions to a problem that take 50 emails back and forth can be resolved with one 2 minute phone call. I mean thank you for the response… but dang. Email for this, email for that… reminds me of Trip Advisor which is frustrating to the point where you want to pull your hair out. I clicked on the link to the “get in touch with someone from sales here” link and it took me to the same page Ive already been on a dozen times. You have to understand… I am not a techy, a developer and programmer, I am doing good to integrate into WordPress at all…so you have to understand that not being able to talk to a HUMAN is very very frustrating. |
