I have the latest versions of JSON and Ticketing Addons installed to my EE 3.1.36.5.P Version 3.9. I downloaded and installed the iphone app, but despite many careful attempts, I’m not able to log in with admin credentials I know are working through the browser. The error on the iphone says Bad Username and Password Combination.
How can I troubleshoot this?

yes. using the same pw as i successfully use in my browser. should the url of website have the wp-admin url?
ps. iphone app says “Websit” instead of Website on login screen.

Hello again,
The login information is case sensitive. For example:
This password: mtBMujGmBeBY9s6PMdzjRUVb
…is different than this: MtBMujGmBeBY9s6PMdzjRUVb
The URL should be the URL for your website.
I’ll double-check on the spelling error. Thanks for mentioning this.
