Hi, We have a troubleshooting guide: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-event-apps/#troubleshooting Before stepping through the guide, I would try logging in with a different admin account (even if it’s a new, temporary account). If you find you can log in with the new account that may be an indication there’s a character in the other user account’s username/password combination that’s being rejected in the request. |

Have you test the Android app at all? If you can send me temp login details I’ll capture the request and see if anything stand out, however, I don’t Apple and don’t have any devices I can test iOS on so I can’t do the sam with iOS. |

Hi, Every request that gets sent to the REST API endpoints used by the app are returning an internal server error (code 500) I’ll send a second reply with an example. |

Thanks a lot for the information, our developer is going to look into it. He wasn’t aware of the issue until now. I will let you know how we got it fixed, he says it might come from the Autoptimize plugin we use in which we did some javascript minifying and other optimizations. |

Problem was from a plugin: Advanced Access Manager! We removed it and everything is working fine. |
