Hi there,

You can edit the Invoice template within:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Invoice.

The address output is controlled in 2 locations, firstly have you set the address within:

Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Your Organization.

EE uses the details there for the address output, unless you have them set within the Invoice payment method itself which would be within:

Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Invoice.

You’ll find multiple fields for Payee address there, make sure those are empty to use the address from ‘General Settings’.

For the description text, you mean the descrition from the Invoice PM?

If so you can move the [INVOICE_PAYMENT_INSTRUCTIONS] shortcode within that template to output it in a different location.

Where do i move that shortcode?

Also is there anyway to replace “VAT/Tax Number” text?

I’m not sure I follow, you place the shortcode wherever you want the Invoice description text to appear, so it depends on how you want it to display.

Also is there anyway to replace “VAT/Tax Number” text?

That text is ouptu by the [INVOICE_PAYEE_TAX_NUMBER_*] shortcode, if you look within the help section of the messages (top right) you’ll find a list of all of the available shortcodes and the options for each.

In the cae of [INVOICE_PAYEE_TAX_NUMBER_*] you can set a ‘prefix’ on the shortcode:

[INVOICE_PAYEE_TAX_NUMBER_* prefix="GST:"] would change the text to ‘GST:’ so you’d set that to whatever you prefer.

Ah, my apologies, I though you were already editing the Invoice template.

No need for FTP, it is within the admin:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Invoice.
