Invoice Tab in Payment Settings not available

I’m looking to completely disable the Invoice payment option for all events.

I visited Settings > Payment Methods, and the only tab visible is Stripe. I disabled stripe integration plugin and now no payment method tabs are visible.

Event Espresso Version: 4.10.3.p

Please advise

Hi there,

So is the Invoice payment method still showing on the front end for your events?

If so, are you logged into the site as an admin?

EE should always have 1 payment method enabled to allow you to finalize registration, Invoice is used by default but as long as you have 1 other active you can disable it.

However, this:

I disabled stripe integration plugin and now no payment method tabs are visible.

Is a little strange, you should see multiple payment methods within EE regardless of whether or not they are actually active on the front end.

Do you have the Payment Methods Pro add-on installed?

I do not have Payment Methods Pro installed.

I’m used to seeing a few payment method tabs, but not on this installation. Brand new WP installation, literally only used to run EE. Here are my installed plugins/themes:

Elementor Pro
Hello Elementor (theme)
Mailgun

I deactivated all plugins for testing. Still the other payment tabs do not show (only tab is Stripe). Please advise

Hi,

You’ll go to Event Espresso > Maintenance Reset/Delete Data, then click the Reset Event Espresso Capabilities button.
