Hi Joshua,

Is this using EE3 or EE4?

Can you post a link so we can view and investigate please?

Hi Tony,

Of course I can. You should use this link: http://develop.letslunch.nl/

I’m using EE3 (v3.1.36.5.P).

Thank you, that helps.

The nivo-lightbox plugin is causing the site to throw a Javascript error – http://take.ms/5xuY0

Once an error is thrown in JavaScript no other JS will load after that, the Invoice button uses JS to show/hide invoice settings.

If you temporarily disable that plugin and re-test you’ll likely find the page works as expected (provided no other JS errors are being thrown)

You could also check if there is an update to the nivo-lightbox plugin.

Thanks Tony, for pointing that out to me. Disabling that plugin indeed solved my problem. I will take it up further with the guys at Dev7Studio. Just a couple of questions though:

  • Can I also change the PDF template?
  • When receiving a notification email the from header is still ‘WordPress’. How can I change this?

When receiving a notification email the from header is still ‘WordPress’. How can I change this?

Go to Event Espresso -> General Setting. Find ‘Use fancy email headers?’ and set that to Yes. Then Save the settings. This will use the Organisation name.

Can I also change the PDF template?

You can. The template is within event-espresso/gateways/Invoice/template.php

However, rather than change the file there an lose the customisations on update. Copy the Invoice directory to wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways/

So you’ll then have the full Invoice folder, with all the containing files there. Then edit the template in that location.

Thanks. That works perfectly!
