Invoice Number required

Please help us with a new requirement. We need an invoice number in format “year-registration code-sequential number (4 digits filled by 0)”.

Example for the invoice number in case
registration code is 16-4-1-3a56 and
sequential number is 1:
2017-16-4-1-3a56-0001

Please help us build the logic for it.
