Invoice link goes to homepage

Hi, I have recently updated to EE v5, in the registrations, the receipt link works, but the invoice link sends me to the homepage:

The receipt shows fine:

Please can you help?

Hi there,

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates.

Can you see the Invoice message type listed there? (You may have multiple pages)

If so click to edit that template and make sure the template is set to be active:

If you don’t see Invoice there, go to the Setting tab, then the HTML section.

If invoice is in the active section, move it to be inactive on the right, wait a second, then move it back.

Can you see the Invoice message template in the previous list now and does the above invoice link then work?

Wow, as easy as that, thanks Tony. It was set to inactive. The client must have disabled it accidentally. Thanks for your help. You can close this ticket.
