1. How do I manually send a customer an invoice for a class they have registered for?
2. When they registered for the class and selected invoice they were sent to a THANK YOU page..without the ability to download the invoice…and no information.
You can download an invoice via the Transaction screen, but I think that Thank You page will need to be fixed so it will work for future registrations. Can you send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page so we can take a look?
The Thank You page is fixed. Since you’re using the Manual Approve registration feature, I can recommend adding either the [INVOICE_LINK] or the [INVOICE_URL] shortcodes to the email Registration Pending Payment message template. This will ensure they get an invoice when the registration approved message is sent.
