invoice is WAY too long

I have an event I created where the client can order hundreds of software licenses for students.
The problem is that when they print an invoice, it’s printing hundreds of lines for each license purchased because it’s thinking each line is a ticket. I don’t want hundreds of lines – just the purchasing line.

I am NOT a programer…..just a director of an organization trying to get this to work for schools to purchase items online easily. So I need very basic instructions.

Please let me know if this can be adjusted easily. I’m in the section where it’s titled, “Event Espresso – Editing Html Invoice Template (Purchaser Recipient)” but I have no idea how to get rid of the “registration details”.

Hi,

I’m afraid the information that was sent in the second form was exactly the same.

What you could do instead is create a new WP admin User account for that site, then send the information for that account. This way you’ll have the correct information to send, and when we’re done you can just delete that user account.

We do not need or want full access to the theme files, since this has nothing to do with the theme. We just need to log into the WordPress dashboard. The password we received, when copied and pasted into the password field into the site, results in a “password is incorrect” error.

I’ll send a reply via email with a screenshot of the error I get when I try to log into the WordPress dashboard on your site.

That’s actually a valid password, and is completely different than the passwords you had sent earlier.

The “registration details” section of the html Receipt template has been removed.

For the sake of clarity, there wasn’t a “registration details” section in the invoice, but there was one in the receipt, and that’s the section that I removed.
