When a registrant receives the email “Registration Pending Payment” I would like that email to have the invoice displayed in the body of the email? How do I do that? If I can’t do that is there a way to link to the invoice in that email instead of requiring them to go back to the website to view the invoice?

Hi MD,
You can’t include the Invoice within the email itself, but you can link to it.
Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Registration Pending Payment. (Click on the ‘Primary Registrant’ link)
(Make sure you are editing the correct ‘context’, which in this case is the primary registrant, see: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/)
In the ‘Main context’ section you can add the [INVOICE_LINK] or [INVOICE_URL] depending on what you want to display.
[INVOICE_LINK] will output – Click here for Invoice
[INVOICE_URL] will output the actual URL itself (which you can also use to create your own custom link should you wish).
If you click on the icon for each individual section you can see all of the shortcodes available for that section if that helps.
