Invoice Images Not Showing

Good day,
I started with decaf, and then purchased the full version. The install is failing, but shows up in the plugin list. When I activate, I can configure etc… but I still see decaf showing in some areas, like the images for the invoice.

How do I remove everything? reinstall core? what do I need to do to rectify?

How is it failing? Does it show an error?

That’s actually expected.

We do not modify your message templates when you install EE regular if you have previously installed Decaf. The reason for this is to preserve any customization’s you may have made to the templates prior to updating, if we simply reset your templates you would loose all of those (if any)

However the message templates should be the only section that shows a parts of Decaf.

How do I remove everything?

You don’t need to reset all of EE4 to fix this, although if you have no data you need to keep it can be the ‘quickest’ method.

You can set EE back to default within Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> Reset/Delete Data (tab)

Then either ‘Reset Event Espresso Tables’ or ‘Permanently Delete All Event Espresso Data’ to reset.

That will reset everything within EE back to how it would be when you first activated and will rebuild you message templates using the correct paths for the above images….

However, you can also just reset the Invoice and Receipt message template if you prefer?

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Invoice

Hit Reset Templates in the side bar and EE will rebuild you templates which will fix the image paths.
