Help! Is this a problem with my site certificate?

It turns out that this isn’t something we can fix for you. Instead, you can contact your host and they’ll be able to fix. Please be sure to include the full error message when you open a support ticket with them.

What should I tell the host to look for in the ssl setup?

The error message you reported above should be sufficient. It will also help if they can update the server to use PHP 5.6 or higher.
