Hi, I’ve been trying to contact you re my email address in the invoice being sent to my clients. It’s got my email address incorrectly. I tried checking General settings and Payment Methods as previously advised but they both have the correct email address. You can set email used within the Invoices within the Invoice payment method settings.
Go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods.
Find the Invoice payment method (temporarily activate it if it is deactivated)
In the settings for that payment method will be the ‘Payee Email’ field.
I’m guessing the incorrect email has been set there.
Either correct the email there or set it to an empty field so that the value in EE -> General Settings -> Your organization -> Primary Contact Email is used in its place.
