I’m using the default invoice template and the formatting is all screwed up. The logo doesn’t appear and none of the styles are being applied. Any thoughts as to what could cause this issue?
Have you tried to make any customizations to remove or add information?
Go to Event Espresso –> Messages. Then look for the Invoice and click on purchaser. Click on the preview button to see if it appears okay there. If it doesn’t, then try resetting the template through through the reset templates button.
Note that this will clear any customizations and restore this template back to defaults.
