Have you ‘moved’ the site from whichever location it was originally set up on?
On activating the Receipt template generates the icon urls and saves them to the database, if you then move the site without correctly migrating the data the url remains for the ‘old’ site.
If you go to: Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Receipt you’ll now be editing the template used for the order confirmation.
If you have NOT previously edited that template and are using the default version you can simply reset the template using the ‘Reset Templates’ button on the right. That will regenerate the URL and should fix the problem.
Otherwise look within the ‘EVENT_LIST’ section, switch to text mode and confirm the URL for the image is correct – http://take.ms/GTv5t
