i got massive problems with the pdf invoice generated by the system.
1.
I can not change the date. This is a german site and we write day/month/year. Right now is it month/day/year.
2.
The logo on the top left is to small and can’t be changed to a bigger size. Even the resolution is to less.
3.
In Germany you have to have on invoices in the b2b business the net amount the vat (19%) and at the bottom the total amount. The function to add some vat is not integrated in the event espresso. So we put an addition to the events to simulate the vat of 19%.
So far so good. Invoice shows the netamount and below the vat amount. But it doesn’t count the total amount, this shows only the vat.
4.
The address for the attendee on the invoice shows:
Forename Surname
E-Mail address
Street
Country occupation
Zip-code
I don’t want the e-mail address and i don’t want the occupation between the country and the zip. I like it this way:
Forename Surname
occupation
Street
Zip-code country
The select function doesen’t work proper. Sometimes all events of one category is listing sometimes don’t. Is the reason for this, that some events belong to more then one category?
We’ll try to do what we can in the 30 minutes that have been purchased. Can you re-send the Redeem a support token for and this time please include FTP credentials? Thanks.
The invoice template on your site was quite different than what we’re supporting, but we made the changes. Also made a small edit to the table template. You do have more categories than events at the moment, so some of those categories may not have any events assigned to them. If there’s a category option that’s not selecting any events, please let us know. We did go through and check and it appears to be working correctly.
