The confirmation receipt/invoice is not showing the correct organisation details. It keeps showing your ‘123 West Somewhere’ default address. I thought this information was taken from the info in Your Organisation under General Settings?
Also, the PDF download is really badly formatted. Looks nothing like the on screen version.

Are you using EE3 or EE4?
iirc your using EE4, if that’s the case go to:
Event Espresso -> Payment Settings -> Invoice (if not active please activate it temporarily)
If there is an address set there that will override the Organisation settings. So either place the correct address there or simply remove the details and save to use the Org Settings.
Can you provide a link to where we can view/download the invoice please?
