How do I edit out all the unnecessary information from the invoice?

2) http://www.cfemd.org/events/membership-application/
How do I change some the wording but that it wont be overwritten on every update?

Thank you

Also,

How do I ask a yes or no question, and if yes they attendee can fill in 3 boxes?

2) How do I leave all the questions off the invoice. Just want the data they filled

Hi Dov,

Changing wording can be done via a translation file or translation function. We have some documentation on how to do either here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/

You can also copy the invoice templates over to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/modules/gateways/Invoice/lib/templates and they will load from there.

So for example if you copy over the invoice_body.template.php file along with a few of the other invoice templates from the Event Espresso 4 plugin to the other location the file structure will look like this:

https://www.evernote.com/shard/s4/sh/c0728e83-cf03-4340-be03-e657cca3e7b0/f8ec70bdd4a54b7863f03236ac7b5612

How do I ask a yes or no question, and if yes they attendee can fill in 3 boxes?

While Event Espresso 4 does allow for Yes/No questions (we recommend using the radio button question type), it does not currently have a feature where more input boxes display depending on an answer.
