Invalid Support Key

I’ve purchased a support key for Event Espresso. After installing Event Espresso 4 Decaf v4.4.0.decaf on my WordPress site, I’ve encountered a couple of issues. It seems that the support license key doesn’t seem to work. When I place it in the general settings area, it states that the license is invalid.

Hi,

You have 2 keys on your account, one for the Free version and one for the premium one.

The Free version has not been activated, while the premium one is active on rgvapi.com/wp

Which key are you trying to use? The Free one will only work with the Decaf version and the premium licence key will only work with the Premium version.
