EE4 installed today. One event, 5 ticket levels. Sales will be to worldwide registrants. Do I have to do anything special for all countries to appear properly in the registration fields?
The country for your organization is set through the general settings page for Event Espresso 4. Countries that are available in the dropdown are enabled through the Countries tab within the General Settings page.
You can use a SQL query like this through PHPMyAdmin or Adminer to turn them all on:
