The new interface is problematic. We get to an error point in adding ticket pricing and can’t continue because the interface is messed up. Tried this in both Chrome and Firefox. Plus, it’s no longer intuitive. This is s definite downgrade of a product we’ve used for a very long time! i’d attach a picture of what we see but that’s not available. We get an error that says “Please Update Assignments” but the interface below it is so messed up, we can’t edit this, and we can’t therefore complete our event setup. It’s pretty much non functional at this point, and we’ll have to look for an alternative event application!

Hi there,
Can I take a look at this on your site? I’m not running into issues with ticket assignments so I’d like to dig a little deeper into this.
