Hi! I am just trying to figure out how i can make sure my clients see their product/event history after they log in to their account. (i use the wp user add on) At the moment it only shows their address details and nothing about anything they bought. Or what am i doing wrong? I just want them to see all their info in their account page, but can’t seem to get it to work. So i probably am doing something wrong/missing something. |
Hello, There is a shortcode that can be used on a WordPress page for them to see that information: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/wp-user-integration/#my_events_screen — |

Hi Lorenzo, Yeah i saw the shortcode, but i mean, if someone logs in to their account, they get to their account and only see Shipping address/billing address details they can change. I would like them to see the history information there and not on a different page again as i feel it will make it confusing for them. As if it is on a separate page they will need to take a look on 2 pages. Or do you have an example of a website where i can see how you could use the shortcode efficiently (in case it is not possible on the actual account page)? Cheers, |

Hi Lorenzo, I was browsing around and actually found what i mean: However when i follow the steps mentioned i still can’t get it to work. When i follow the steps, my page body turns blank. When i remove the file from my child theme again it is fixed. So makes me think that there is some kind of error in the code from the support token above? cheers, |
Hello, Adding a shortcode to a WordPress page should not cause a blank screen which may be a fatal error. What is the exact shortcode that you are using and what is the version number for Event Espresso? You can find this in the plugins screen. — |

Hi Lorenzo, Thank you for your message, did you take a look at the link i send you?:) Cheers! |
Hi, Try turning on WP debugging by adding this to your wp-config.php file: https://gist.github.com/lorenzocaum/848801a1173be464fbe7#file-gistfile1-php Then go through the steps to trigger the error. You should see an error on the screen or in this location: wp-content/debug.log Copy it here into a reply and then turn of WP debugging by removing the debug lines from your wp-config.php file. Also, is your software for Event Espresso up to date? — |

Hi Lorenzo, Thanks for the advise! I am actually now updating my theme/plugins and back upping them as well again. After that all is done then i can try it again with the debug mode. As soon as i have news i will send you a message:) cheers! |
