I’m creating this post so that I can use my support token for help. I need to uninstall the old version and update it with the newest version.

Hi there,

It turns out that we are going to need file access to your site to do the work you’ve requested. You can get FTP information from your web host, and resend the redeem a support token form and include the FTP information.

Along with the above, do you want the data from Event Espresso 3 migrated into Event Espresso 4?
