I installed EE4, and it is not showing up on WP dashboard. I use EE4 on anther website and works…I can’t use EE4 in the new website at all.

I can access the settings through the plugin page, but not dashboard menu. No way to create new event.

Hi there,
That can happen if there are missing capabilities on the account.
If you add:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_maintenance_settings&action=data_reset
To your domain in your browser, so something like:
https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_maintenance_settings&action=data_reset
Does it load a page like this?
https://monosnap.com/file/MRXppVXzjSLJdChjcNFGYdSUO4vJs0
If so, click on the ‘Reset Event Espresso Capabilities’ button.
Does EE load for you then?
