Inserting logo into Message template causes error

Hello,
I inserted a logo, now I am seeing the following error when hitting the “View Order Receipt” button:

): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home/awshow14/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/libraries/shortcodes/EE_Transaction_Shortcodes.lib.php on line 504

The logo shows though.

Any help is appreciated.

In addition, the pdf cannot be downloaded properly, it causes an error.

Now after removing the logo, the pdf shows an Image not found error. Will buy support now.

The plugin change wasn’t necessary, because in either case the plugin conflict was specific to the “Enable Hackrepair Blacklist” setting. If you decide later to switch back to the other plugin (or use both), you’ll just need to be sure to leave that setting deactivated.

There’s no need to do that. You can view the receipts for the already existing transactions in Event Espresso > Transactions.
