I have the additional ticket holders names as a custom question at the top of a question group form that appears for each new ticket. What I want is to have these attendees names also displayed in emails, and on tickets – not just the primary registrant. I have tried to insert individual shortcodes for this question, but it doesn’t work. How can I get these names on the all the mailouts, invoice, and tickets?
What is the exact name of the question that you are requesting in the registration form and what is the exact shortcode that you are using?
Next, which message template are you adding that information to in Event Espresso –> Messages?
From what you have shared, those names are being collected but they would not appear in the registrations overview screen since they would need to be collected through the personal information questions which includes the system name and system email questions.
