I did the basic installation without any issue, and I can see the events being populated as products in Infusionsoft so I know the systems are speaking to each other.
And now to figure out the tagging issue..
I create a custom field on the event: infusionsoft_tag_id
value: 802-madrid-2016
At first I didn’t have that tag created in Infusionsof and I had thought that is why the tagging wasn’t working when I tested a registration for the event.
Then I created the tag stated above ahead of time in Infusionsoft and tested it again, but still no tag was applied to the contact.
I was really hoping that I could apply a tag that was within a tag category.. for example, “Event Registration > 802-madrid-2016” where the event category is Event Registration and the tag is 802-madrid-2016.
Not sure why the tagging is not working at all… this part is crucial for our custom campaigns we are creating next week so I really hope there is a solution for this bug..

It doesn’t look like you’re inputting the Tag ID in for the meta key value. Can you go into your Infusionsoft account and get the Tag ID, it will be in this column, then input the ID in for the meta key value?
Josh… you are the man and so right! I was no putting the tag name and the tag ID.. once I did that.. voila!! It worked perfectly! You just made my day!
Thank you thank you!
