Hi, we purchased EE4 for our events and the fact that it integrated into Infusionsoft. However, it seems you only have you old version EE3 working for payments.
We need to therefore switch to EE3. But from reading your site it is clear your development efforts are going into EE4. If there are no immediate plans for integrating Infusionsoft payments we would like a refund please. If on the other hand this is on your roadmap can you let us know when it will be implemented and we will just make the switch now to EE3 (need to refund EE4 and buy EE3). Also if we do go with EE3 is there then a charge for moving to EE4 once you have the payment gateway on EE4 developed?

Hi Hugh,
It turns out you can use Event Espresso 4 + the Infusionsoft add-on along with any of the supported Payment Gateway options available for EE4 (like SagePay or Authorize.net). Payments will still be synced to Infusionsoft.

Hi Josh,
looking at your documentation the EE3 plugin passed the payment to Infusionsoft therefore it didn’t need any other gateway. So in other words Infusionsoft isn’t synced with other gateways it is the gateway used. Hope that makes sense.

Hello Hugh,
In EE3, all of the gateways were included with that version. In EE4, we went with a modular approach to the gateways, therefore, any gateways that are not included in EE4 core are now add-ons/plugins.
When we developed the EE4 Infusionsoft add-on, we couldn’t easily add support for the gateways that are available in the Infusionsoft system, because (like I mentioned earlier) the payment systems in EE4 are modular. So we will need to build a gateway add-on that integrates with the available Infusionsoft gateways.

Hi, thanks for the offer of development for this, however, we need to have a working solution asap and this doesn’t fit to our schedule.
Can we please have a refund on our purchase – no reflection on your great plugin – it is really good and hope to use it on other projects. But for now we need to look at other solutions.
