Hi,
I’m just reposting this message that I left just over a week ago, as I don’t seem to be getting in response to it, despite also sending a followup message. A response would be much appreciated.

We are using EE v4 and Infusionsoft Integration.

I put up a post last year about this.

However, when we are entering Manual Registrations into Event Espresso, and applying the payment in EE the transaction, while going through to Infusionsoft, is not triggering the Goal of Purchase in Infusionsoft.

Hi Mike,
I’ve merged your threads together.
This looks like a problem with adding a manual payment through the InfusionSoft API, if you take a look here:

Scroll down to the bottom of the first table and you’ll find ‘Add a manual Payment using the API service InvoiceService.addManualPayment’
Notice the only action that runs with those requests are ‘Product Specific Purchase Action’, I’m assuming the action you refer to in the video is global?
I’ve created a ticket for some feedback from one of our developers on this, you may need to add a function that hooks into the InfusionSoft add-on and makes a request to InfusionSoft to trigger your global action(s).
