Apologies for the length of this question. We would love some clarifications and advice on the following, that particularly relates to EE4 > Infusionsoft integration 1. Free Admission registrants do not get entered into IS 2. In EE4 we have an amount net of tax and then show tax in the invoice (Australia). The amount that goes into IS is net of tax. Is there something we are missing here like a setting in IS? 3. Once the registrant is scanned in at the event and becomes an attendee is there some way we can trigger IS to have a change of status? 4. If a registration is cancelled in EE4 will this also reflect in IS? 5. If we put a payment into EE4 (say registrant used the invoice payment type), does this reflect in iS? 6. If we need to move a registrant from one event to another, how do we do this in EE4? And does this reflect in IS? 7. We have noticed that if a user is already in IS (say from a nurture campaign), and then subsequently orders, this order is not shown in IS 8. When a customer uses the invoice payment method and then subsequently pays, this payment doesn’t seem to be reflected in IS 9. How do we add people into EE4 that have booked and paid offline? And then how do we make it so it reflects in IS? |
Hello, I looked at your project requires and unfortunately the current Infusionsoft integration does not meet most of those needs. Here is an overview of what happens when a registration takes place:
The only time that a transfer occurs with Infusionsoft is during a front-end registration.
This would require custom coding as all registrants are currently sent to Infusionsoft.
I’m not sure about this so I’ll find out and post another reply.
This would also require custom coding.
Information is transferred from Event Espresso 4 to Infusionsoft during a front end registration. Canceling a registration does not update Infusionsoft.
No, this would not be added to Infusionsoft.
The registration would need to be cancelled and then a new one manually created: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/manually-add-registrant-wordpress-dashboard/ Infusionsoft would not be notified of the change.
Are you referring to the information not being transferred over to Infusionsoft? 8. When a customer uses the invoice payment method and then subsequently pays, this payment doesn’t seem to be reflected in IS Infusionsoft is not notified of manual payments that are added.
The workaround would be to register them through the front-end event page. Then add a payment to their transaction in the WP dashboard. — |
