Infusionsoft doesnt link

I put the insuftionsoft API and name in but nothing happens, no error nothing please let me know what to do.

Hi,

You can check to see if your site is linked (as there is no indication from the settings page if there is a link) by going to add/edit an event, the check your Infusionsoft account.

After you add the event, then check your Infusionsoft account’s product list, you’ll see your event’s tickets listed there.
