We’ve been having some trouble with the InfusionSoft addon for Event Espresso.
Normally, when tickets are purchased for an event, an order will be synced to InfusionSoft against the contact that purchased the tickets. This mostly works, but occasionally orders fail to sync to InfusionSoft properly.
We’ve brought this up before in the following support topic:
Since then, we’ve enabled all logging, but nothing shows up for the affected transactions.
Is there anything else we can do?
Could there be an issue matching the primary registrant to an InfusionSoft contact; how does this matching work?
In the other topic had mentioned that you are using SagePay for payment processing. May I ask, for those unsynced transactions, are they marked as complete in Event Espresso > Transactions and are the associated registrations marked as Approved in Event Espresso > Registrations?
Yes, they all show as complete and things like the confirmation emails send successfully.
