Our Infusionsoft add on has vanished off our wordpress site. How can this happen and how do I fix it?

Hi Lara,

This can happen if someone with FTP access to your server or access to the WordPress plugins page deletes the plugin folder. Since Event Espresso doesn’t monitor your server, we can’t tell you how it actually happened though.

You can download a copy of the Infusionsoft add-on from your account page and re-install it to add it back on to the site.
