My Infusonsoft account has stopped receiving orders from site 1. I have 2 sites setup and the one has now stopped getting orders to it. Site 2 with EE loaded is working fine which makes me think its an EE issue on site 1.
I have reset site 1 and that doesn’t help either. My details are correct and I don’t have any spaces. Would be great if you could help out.
I can see you’ve requested a reset on your EE license, however, your EE license will not affect EE’s functionality. I’ve put your reset request through anyway as it won’t hurt but it’s highly unlikely to actually fix anything here.
We haven’t changed anything within the EE4 Infusionsoft add-on for a while now, are both sites running the same version of Event Espresso 4 and the Infusionsoft add-on?
Are both sites running on the same server or separate?

I’m writing back in regards to Orders not sending through API from event espresso into Keap. The ticket submitted reach to our developer team and found out that this is something to do with 3rd party end. You need to contact your web developer to further check this and if your web developer believes there is an issue which we need to be involved with, then the developer needs to submit the ticket with the following information: request headers and request body that were sent to Infusionsoft from their plug-in and the response body and response headers that Infusionsoft returned to their plug-in.
Note for the above I’ll need to enable logging and then add a registration on an event to see what happens.
