Hello, I Have different guides for different events. How can I automatically inform a guide with the attendee information after a reservation or give him/her access to only view his/her events?
By default, the ‘Event Admin’ emails should go to the Event Author, so if you want the guides to receive those emails, set them as the event author.
If you also want to allow them to have access to Event Espresso and ‘their’ specific events, you’ll need to create some custom roles that only have access to the sections you want them to have access to. I have previously created an example of this available here:
Event Organizer – this role can access events they are assigned as the author of.
Events Manager – this role effeciavely has full access to all of Event Espresso but not the rest of the dashboard.
You may need to tweak the capabilities on those roles a little to suit your needs but the above should get you started.
