Hello,

Our registration form has several question groupings for attendees. Some are paid events and some are non-paid inclusive events. Is there a way to get the headcount for specific events aside from using Data Filters in Excel? I have used the Registration CVS Excel export, but many of the options, like the checkbox options, show as a single long line in the report.

For example if I wanted to see how many people signed up for only Golf or Hiking? I’m thinking this is a no, but wanted to see if I was missing something. Thanks!

Hi there,

Officially, no, you’d need to use Data Filters in Excel.

However, one of our developers created an add-on that gave some additional reporting for questions on events as a POC, I’m not 100% sure if it will do what you need it to do but your more than welcome to try it out:

It doesn’t make changes to your database so is considered safe to use, but make sure you have FTP access to the server in case you need to de-activate it (or better yet test it on staging first).

In the docs is a demo video to give you an idea of what it does.
