Hi
Similar to an old topic from someone else https://eventespresso.com/topic/event-espresso-infusionsoft/ I’d like to pass the ticket name as the product name (instead of the event name).
The problem is I can’t find the infusionsoft index.php file to amend (using FTP).. Can someone please point me to the right direction.

I’m not sure if those old instructions are still valid (the post is over 2 years old) and the plugin is now called eea-infusionsoft.. there’s just no index.php file there (which also makes me wonder if the instructions may have also changed since then??).
Thanks!

Hi Felicity,

The change to index.php mentioned in the above thread is for the EE3 version of the Infusionsoft Add-on, it does not apply to the EE4 version which you are using.

There are a couple of hooks available within the infusionsoft add-on that allow you to change the details sent to IS:

You can use the FHEE__EEE_Infusionsoft_Ticket__sync_to_infusionsoft__product_data filter hook to alter the details sent for the product entry.

You can use the FHEE__EED_Infusionsoft__save_infusionsoft_attendee__extra_attendee_data hook to alter the details sent for each contact.

We have some examples of how to use these hooks within the IS documentation here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/infusionsoft-integration/#ee4customizations

Now however the ticket name is already sent for products – {Event Name} @ {Ticket Name}, where is it you are looking to add the ticket name?

Thanks – actually in a perfect world I’d actually like to assign different tags for different tickets. We want to give 2 ticket selctions – one live and one webinar. These will send 2 different tags to InfusionSoft and then we use Zapier to register those people with a GoToWebinar webinar.
Any help you can give to enable the different tags would be awesome! Thanks (happy to pay a support ticket to have someone code this so that I don’t have to change code every time I create an event if that’s at all possible)?
