Hi Heather,
We’ve received your request for priority support. There may be a bug in that Event Maps Shortcode plugin, we’ll check there and troubleshoot further. I’ll follow up here with what I find.

Hi again,
I found the errant code and applied a temporary fix so the times will display correctly for now. You’ll need to contact the Event Maps plugin author (Aparna’s codex) and ask them to refactor their code to allow for Daylight Savings time.
